What we collect, why, for how long, and how to object.

01 Who processes your data

This website is published by TAGS, whose registered office is at 110 rue de Courbevoie, 92000 Nanterre, France, registered under number 81280926700048.

02 This website sets no cookie

No analytics cookie, no advertising cookie, no personalisation cookie. We use no traffic analysis tool: no Google Analytics, no equivalent. No social network pixel, no third-party tracker.

That is why you saw no consent banner when you arrived: it would have had nothing to ask you. Such a banner exists to collect your agreement for non-essential trackers, and there is none here.

03 What we record, and when

Two things, and only if you act.

Your answer to the website’s question. The first screen asks a question you answer with yes or no. We then record the question, your answer, the language of the page and the time. Nothing else: no IP address, no identifier, no cookie that would link two answers together. These lines cannot be traced back to you, and we keep them to learn what our visitors think of what we offer.

Your email address, if you leave it with us. The form asks for nothing else. You may add your name, phone number and a message, but none of it is required. If you had answered the website’s questions before writing, your answers travel with your message, so that the person calling you back knows what to talk about.

04 Why, and on what basis

The answers to the questions help us understand what interests the people who visit us. They are anonymous, so this processing does not involve personal data.

Your email address is used to reply to you, and for nothing else. The legal basis is your consent, given when you type it yourself into the form. We use it for no automated prospecting, and we add it to no mailing list.

05 Who your data is passed to

No third party that would do anything with it. We neither sell, rent nor transfer any data. Your messages are read only by the Tags team, and go to no client, no partner, no advertising provider.

One company is involved, and only to carry the mail: our business mail service is Google Workspace, and your message reaches our inbox through its relay, like any email you would send us. Google is therefore our processor under the GDPR. It receives nothing beyond what you write to us, and makes no use of it.

06 Where your data is hosted

On a server located in France, in the Paris region. The answers and the messages do not leave it. Only the copy sent by email passes through the mail service named above.

The website’s fonts and images are served from our own servers, not from a third-party service. The ad format you see on the first screen is loaded from engage.tags.media, which is our own machine, the same one as this site. Your browser therefore contacts no third-party company during your visit: no Google Fonts, no social network, no ad network, no analytics tool.

07 For how long

Answers to the question, three years, since they concern nobody in particular.

Your email address and your message, three years, then erased.

These two limits are not an intention: the server erases by itself, once a day, everything that exceeds them.

The server keeps no access log. It writes down nowhere which page was viewed, nor from which IP address. Your IP address is only counted in memory, for an hour at most, to stop a program from flooding the form; it is never written to disk.

08 Your rights

The GDPR gives you the right to access your data, to have it corrected or erased, to object to its processing, to request its restriction, and to receive it in a readable format.

Write to privacy@tags.media: we reply within one month. Since the only data we can hold about you is the email address you wrote to us from, that address is all we need to find and erase what concerns you, in our file as well as in our mailbox. One server command does it in a single step.

If our reply does not satisfy you, you may lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority, the CNIL.

09 Security

The website is reachable over HTTPS only. Messages received are stored on a server whose administration access is closed to the Internet and reachable only through an authenticated tunnel. They are backed up every night.

10 What about our professional tools?

Tags also publishes internal tools, reserved for its teams and reachable at other addresses. They are not open to the public and process no data about you. If you are a client and have received a viewing link from us, that link displays your campaign’s data, expires after 90 days, and likewise sets no analytics cookie.

11 Updates

Any change to this policy is published on this page, with its date. Should it change the nature of what we collect, we would say so clearly rather than let the date speak for us.

Last revised: 13 September 2026. This version corrects six statements in the previous one that did not describe exactly what the site does: the domain that serves the ad format, the mail relay, and the retention periods, which the server now enforces by itself.
